Ron Shank of Greensburg, KS purchased this sharp original Rampside in January, 2010 from the family of the original owner. Here's what Ron had to say:
"The original owner bought it from the Chevrolet dealer in Greensburg and passed it down to his daughter. I bought it at auction after the daughter passed away. My father bought that same dealership in 1973 and I now run it. The Rampside has returned to its original selling dealership!
It is in very good original condition with only 59,000 miles on it. It has been in a shed its whole life so the paint and interior are very good. She has a few bumps here and there, but nothing serious, and I'm not going to mess up the original paint to fix them. I did repair a little rust in front of the rear wheels to preserve it."
Judging from the photos below, I think Ron has acquired a sweet truck indeed!
