These are notes for the body tag in Eric Boughner's '66 Belgian Corsa coupe.

T = Tonawanda-built engine; 1009 = built on 10/09/65; RB = 140 HP, manual transmission, Corsa; 0114 = engine serial number
Notes:
- Corvair engines normally do not have a serial number, just a plant code and a date code (Txxyy)
- The serial number ("0114") is also stamped into the engine block on Eric's car
- The engine block serial number stamping was done in Antwerp (confirmed by Dave Newell), because it uses a different font than the plant code and date code
Chassis No.
CA = Continental Antwerp; 6 = 1966 model; 10737 = Corsa coupe; 1565 = serial number (with two leading zeroes removed)
Release
6 = 1966 model year; 2239 = some sort of production sequence/batch number; 11 = November
Dave Newell related, "The release number is the Antwerp order number, much the same as the Canadian 23,000-series order numbers, which Oshawa used for body numbers." Dave has two Antwerp tags in his collection, numbered 7-2594-1 and 7-2594-8. Note that the second part of both of those release numbers is the same, which supports the idea that the second part is a batch number of some sort.

Paint
471 = exterior paint code (but is not listed in any paint chip charts we have been able to get our hands on, Opel or otherwise)
Dave commented that "The paint code has to be peculiar to Belgium. Their paint shop had to deal with Opel paint, mostly."
Trim
758 = Black (upholstery and carpet)
GVW
This is a space to list Gross Vehicle Weight for commercial vehicles (though may be required for cars in some countries), according to Dave.
PVA
Dave commented that "PVA, I think, is French for GVW and is probably measured in kilograms, hence a separate space. 'Poids Véhicule __?__' is about the limit of my motorhead French."
A literal translation of GVW from Free Translation.com's translator service yields "poids brut de véhicule" which accounts for the "P" and "V" but again leaves the "A" unexplained.
Guus de Haan checked a Belgian law web site and it mentions that vehicle weight per axle is also registered, so that could well account for the "A", as in "poids de véhicule par axe" (vehicle weight per axle).
