The other exceptionally clean area of the car is the floorboards. This photo was taken from the top side through the non-existent roof. The front of the car is to the left.

The brown color on the floorboards is not rust—it's the remains of the jute carpet padding still stuck to the floor. The underside of the floors (not shown) are very solid.
