Here is the left rear wheel area. In the right foreground is a heater box (black) and valve cover (polished metal). In the center is the coil spring (with tag), drive axle, control rod, and the shock absorber.

These shocks are the same as what came on the car from the factory—the Delco "spiral" design. These are very hard to find now.
