The old adage "When it rains, it pours" was certainly true in the summer of 2008. Shortly after returning from Ventura, I learned that my friend Lance Lambert finally had a break in his schedule and could devote an episode of The Vintage Vehicle Show to Corvairs Northwest. I offered to host the taping at my shop and Lance enthusiastically agreed.

The weather was great on the date of the event, July 19. This photo shows my friend Rich Felzer dusting off the car as we began lining up 20 or so Corvairs on my shop's driveways and other parking areas.
